The 'Bluetooth HID Barcode Scanner' app does not access, store or submit personal or sensitive user data. 

The 'Bluetooth HID Barcode Scanner' app is capable to locally store a history of retrieved barcodes for later processing by the user on the device. 
To establish a connection the remote device selected during the initial connection will also be stored locally within the application space on the device.

This 'history' feature can be disabled where not needed or required. If the barcode history is disabled then user scanned barcode data is either immediately removed or forwarded to a host system via bluetooth once the user executed the corresponding operation. 
No barcode or personal data is transferred from the user to the developer or a third party connected to the developer.

The developer shall not be held liable for any damage that may be caused due to the usage of this app.
In case of incompatabilities caused by user specific hardware the developer will not be held liable.
